Much of Luton's economy works in shifts. Airport contractors staff early departures and late arrivals, logistics operators near the motorway run nights, and care and hospital-linked services cover weekends. That pattern creates constant scheduling pressure, high staff turnover and a steady need to onboard, train and check people quickly. Customer-facing businesses face a different challenge: serving a population with many languages and expectations, often through phones and messaging rather than desktop websites. Small traders in Bury Park and the town centre often run strong local reputations with very little digital infrastructure behind them.
From our base in Wellingborough, Luton is about an hour away, usually straight down the M1. We run projects remotely with weekly reviews and come to Luton for discovery, frontline user testing and launch, where watching a shift handover or a busy counter teaches us more than any document. We have no office in the town and do not claim local projects we have not done.
