The conditions governing use of this website and the general framework around Versatech services and engagements.
This website is operated by Versatech Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17298768. Our registered office is 1 Watson Close, Wellingborough, NN8 5UH, United Kingdom, and we can be reached at enquiries@versatech.uk. References to “Versatech”, “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean Versatech Ltd.
By accessing or using the Versatech website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or services.
Versatech provides premium website design and development, bespoke platforms, applied AI, automation and related digital services. Each client engagement is governed by a separate agreement which takes precedence where applicable.
Scope, delivery dates, responsibilities, fees and payment stages are set out in the relevant proposal or service agreement. Delivery may depend on timely access, content, feedback and approvals from the client.
Following full payment, rights in project-specific deliverables are assigned as described in the service agreement. Pre-existing tools, libraries, methods and frameworks remain excluded. Unless otherwise agreed, Versatech may show completed work in its portfolio.
Both parties must protect proprietary information shared during an engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for the period described in the applicable service agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for a claim connected with a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Versatech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, where exclusion is legally permitted.
The website must not be used unlawfully, to gain unauthorised system access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information or interfere with normal operation.
Our website and deliverables may connect to third-party products. Their content, availability, privacy and terms remain the responsibility of those providers unless a service agreement states otherwise.
Access may be suspended or terminated where conduct breaches these terms, creates security risk or harms Versatech, its clients or other users. Client-project termination is handled by the relevant service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
