Maylands is full of businesses that sell to other businesses. Trade distributors run branch counters, delivery vans and online accounts at once, and customers expect stock accuracy and same-day or next-day promises. IT and managed service providers juggle tickets, contracts and renewals. Manufacturers balance short runs with long-standing customers. Many have grown through acquisitions or decades of add-on software, leaving them with overlapping systems, manual re-keying between order entry and accounts, and reports nobody fully trusts. Town centre and Old Town businesses, meanwhile, need lighter tools for bookings and repeat trade.
Hemel is about an hour from our base in Wellingborough, straight down the M1 from junction 15 to junction 8, which makes visits to Maylands easy to fit into a day. We run most of each project remotely with regular demos and a shared test system, then come on site for discovery, warehouse and branch walk-throughs, user testing and go-live. We have no Hertfordshire office and do not claim one.
