The five towns we cover sit on very different footing. Shrewsbury is the administrative and retail centre, with public services, professional firms, independent shops and visitors drawn by its medieval streets. Telford, run by its own unitary council, is dominated by manufacturing, automotive supply, distribution and business services. Oswestry, near the Welsh border, serves a wide rural catchment with agriculture, independent retail and a specialist orthopaedic hospital nearby. Ludlow is known for its castle and food scene. Market Drayton is a small food-manufacturing town. So the digital needs range from factory systems in Telford to hospitality and farm tools elsewhere.
Shropshire is around two hours from Wellingborough, via the M6 and M54 to Telford and on towards Shrewsbury, with Ludlow and Oswestry a little further. That is a planned trip rather than a drop-in, so we run projects remotely and say so from the outset. A weekly call, a shared board and a staging site keep you close to the work. We visit for discovery, usually spending a full day with the people who will use the system, and return for launch and training. Telford clients tend to be easiest to reach.
