The four towns we cover each have their own character. Worcester combines manufacturing, education, healthcare, public services and professional firms. Kidderminster still has carpet manufacturers alongside newer business parks and the Severn Valley Railway's tourism. Redditch, a new town close to Birmingham, has manufacturing, distribution and Halfords' head office. Malvern mixes high-tech engineering and cyber firms with tourism, spa heritage and independent schools. That translates into very different digital needs: production and quality systems for manufacturers, secure tools for technical firms, booking systems for visitor businesses and professional websites for services across the county.
Worcestershire is roughly an hour and three quarters from Wellingborough via the M1, M6 and M42 or across on the A45 and M5, so it is a planned trip rather than a quick visit. We run projects remotely, with a weekly call, a shared board and staging sites you can test. We visit for discovery and launch, and add sessions when a project would benefit from time on the factory floor or with users. Redditch and north Worcestershire are the quickest to reach.
