Games studios have particular operational problems: recruiting specialist talent against global competition, managing playtests and external partners, and handling support for players who all contact them on launch day. Their suppliers, from audio houses to art outsourcers, need secure ways to exchange builds and assets. Elsewhere, the large student population renting in Old Town and around Clarendon Square keeps letting agents busy with licensing and maintenance, while restaurants and boutiques along Warwick Street and Bath Street need booking, loyalty and stock tools that small teams can actually run.
Leamington is roughly an hour and ten minutes from our base in Wellingborough, usually along the M45 and in through Southam. We run projects here mainly remotely, which suits a town where many teams already work in distributed ways, and we arrange on-site sessions for discovery, user testing with real staff and launch. We do not keep a local office, and we will not pretend otherwise.
