That mix produces two distinct kinds of friction. Engineering consultancies, test houses and automotive suppliers deal with programme changes, test data and customer deliverables that multiply faster than their tools. Meanwhile the student economy, with lettings agents in Earlsdon and Canley, language schools and student services, runs on sharp seasonal peaks around September intakes. In both cases the pain is usually the same: information spread across inboxes and spreadsheets, and too much manual chasing.
From our base in Wellingborough, Coventry is under an hour by road, so we can reach it easily for workshops and reviews. Most of the building work is done remotely, with short, regular check-ins and working software shown early. We visit for discovery, to observe how a lab, office or warehouse operates, and at launch. We have no Coventry office and don't claim one.
