A visitor town with an international audience has particular headaches. Guests book months ahead from other time zones, cancel at short notice, and expect confirmations, directions and upsells in a polished form. Small hotels, guesthouses and restaurants often run three or four disconnected systems for this. Pre-theatre dining creates a tight nightly window that punishes slow table turns. Away from hospitality, the professional firms that serve NFU Mutual and the insurance and agricultural world need secure document exchange and careful record keeping more than flashy front ends.
Stratford is roughly an hour and a half by road from our Wellingborough base, so most delivery here is remote: fortnightly demos, shared prototypes and short working calls. We come across in person for discovery, where seeing a front desk at check-in time or a back office during a matinee changeover teaches us more than any questionnaire, and again when a system goes live.
