Bedford's organisations often serve mixed audiences. Schools communicate with parents in several time zones. Engineering and testing firms deal with global customers and strict data requirements. Retailers and service businesses reach customers who speak many languages. Logistics operators on the A421 run shift patterns around the motorway. The friction usually shows up as fragmented communication and paperwork: enquiries handled in different places, records kept in different formats and reporting rebuilt by hand. New communities such as Wixams add demand for local services that have to scale quickly.
Bedford is a straightforward drive from our base in Wellingborough, down the A6 through Rushden in around half an hour. That makes face-to-face workshops easy, and we are happy to spend a day with a team before proposing anything. Most of the build is still done remotely, with short, regular reviews, but we can be on site for testing, training and go-live without much notice.
