WHAT IS INCLUDED
WHY MARKET DRAYTON
Compliance generates a lot of repetitive writing. Risk assessments and method statements for similar jobs share most of their content, but each must be tailored to the site and task. AI can draft a first version from previous documents and job details, which a competent person then checks and signs. Used this way, it reduces time spent on paperwork without weakening the safety process, because the final judgement stays with someone qualified.
AI SYSTEMS & AUTOMATION / MARKET DRAYTON
Other automation is more straightforward. Customer requests for certificates can be answered automatically from a document store. Training expiry reminders can be sent to staff and managers on schedule. Delivery notes and job reports can be generated from data captured on site. For farms, automated alerts can flag unusual readings from milk or herd data. We keep these tools transparent, so it's always clear what was automated and who approved it.
IN PRACTICE / MARKET DRAYTON
A contractor could use AI to draft site-specific risk assessments and method statements from previous documents and job details, for a supervisor to review, amend and sign.
A supplier might automatically respond to customer requests for current certificates and insurance documents, sending the latest versions from a controlled store.
A staffing or cleaning firm could automatically alert staff and managers weeks before hygiene or safety training expires, and book refresher sessions.

QUESTION / MARKET DRAYTON
Only as a drafting aid, with a competent person reviewing and approving every document. We design the process so AI never publishes or submits anything on its own. It speeds up the first draft, which is the time-consuming part, while the professional judgement and sign-off remain exactly where they should be.
